  • Montecalvo in Foglia is a town in the Marches, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, with more than two thousand seven hundred inhabitants. The town is on the border with Emilia-Romagna. The City of Montecalvo in Foglia is part of the Mountain Community High and Middle Metauro. The villages and hamlets are: Borgo Massano, Ca 'Gallo. Municipalities in neighboring Montcalvo Foglia: Colburn, Mondaino (RN), Tavullia, Urbino.

    Montecalvo in Foglia is a place in the hills, just a short distance from the left side of the leaf, where the river describes a wide curve before leaving the territory of Montefeltro.
    A secluded medieval tower, clearly visible on top of a round hill, called Torre Quince, massive structure once used as a sighting is reported, and the only evidence that the territory of Montecalvo in Foglia, like that of the nearby Tavoleto was once a border area between the coastal lands of the Montefeltro and Malatesta first and then the Sforza.
