apecchio - Pesaro e Urbino

In the last years Apecchio has become an important hub of beer production. The two craft breweries located in the town, "Amarcord" and "Tenute Collesi" use short chain products, such as barley and the purest spring water that flows down from the Apennines, to produce many different types of beer that are exported worldwide.
Tenute Collesi also produces a first class grappa made from the very best grape pomace originating from the Marche region.
The local cuisine has a centuries-old tradition and is characterised by dishes made with truffles and mushrooms but also excels in the preparation of lamb, veal and pork.

So why ... not dive into a full immersion experience into Apecchio's world's beer?
The appointment is in the center of the town, where is the headquarter of the association "Apecchio city of the beer" for a short briefing, impossible not to find it, from there we proceed with the visit to the two internationally renowned breweries, with a tasting of different types of products.
these are two excellent beer industry that deal with a refined product, we talk about quality and not quantity. Here you can buy at a special price all the bottles you want.
Between a brewery and the other one, there will be a lunch in one of the restaurant in Apecchio affiliated with the Association, which on this occasion have a menu of selected dishes in combination with different types of beer.

The menu includes:
an appetizer, pasta, meat, a sweet, water and two types of beer.
