Luca is one of the three apartments at Casale degli Ulivi. This ground-floor apartment consists of a large 'loggia' furnished with tables, chairs, and sofas to eat and relax outside.

Property description
The living room is bright and tastefully decorated with a mix of rustic and modern styles and has direct access to the swimming pool. The kitchen, connected to the living room through large doors, is well-equipped and functional. The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 2 bathrooms with shower. There is the possibility to add a single bed.
The property comprises three independent apartments, (Giuseppe, Luca, Alessandro), each with its own private outdoor area and can therefore be rented separately or all together.
The villa features a large shared swimming pool and Jacuzzi with a beautiful shared sunbathing area with sun loungers and an umbrella. At the disposal of all guests there is also a beautiful gazebo. Other shared facilities include a laundry room, iron, and ironing board. The main building has a large “loggia” and verandah and the outside spaces are furnished with tables, chairs, and sofas for the guests’ outdoor relaxation.
In the surroundings
The villa is located just 2 km from Acqualagna, famous as the white truffle capital. Here you can find several good restaurants offering a variety of truffle dishes. During spring and summer, there are a lot of outdoor activities to do, such as trekking and hiking in the beautiful hills and mountains of Le Marche.

Fabulous house to spend a holiday
Fine home that is fully equipped. Rarely had a house that is so well equipped with kitchen appliances. It is situated a lot out of the village but with a car to do so fine. At the pool are plenty of loungers where you can relax. Reception was extremely cordial with cake, bread, fruit and beverage. House has a porch with a couch and stoelen.

Siamo stati qui alcuni giorni in novembre, in coincidenza con la fiera del tartufo di Acqualagna. L'appartamento è perfetto per 4 persone e disponeva di un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli nella vicina camera. L'appartamento era molto spazioso e pulito, con un sacco di spazio per riporre le proprie cose. Vista la stagione non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la piscina ma era comunque molto bello poterla vedere appena fuori dalle finestre, La zona giorno è molto grande e siamo riusciti a mangiare in 10, con alcuni amici, senza alcun problema. Internet con netflix e amazon prime video disponibili, tv satellitare con canali stranieri. Ottimo rapporto con i gestori. Consigliatissimo sia per stare con i bambini che per visitare i dintorni, tutti a pochi chilometri. Per arrivare ad Acqualagna serve l'auto. Posto tranquillo, silenzioso e piacevole.

Wonderful time!
We had a wonderful time in the house and during our time in Italy.
We were a little early in the year and some rainy days could be expected. Luckily these days we were in sunny Rome and San Marino. The better days we enjoyed the pool very much, you should have seen the happiness on the face of our boys. BBQ, Italian wine and enjoying the mountains, beautiful views, silence and free from all obligations, driving around in the car was all perfect scenario for a great holiday!
Thank you so much! Maybe we will be back another day when the boys are grown and we can enjoy everything even more.

Siamo stati li ad Agosto 2010...Siamo stati benissimo...Le foto corrispondono all'esatta realtà...Se cercate tranquillità e perchè no, un bel tuffo in una bella piscina...allora avete trovato il posto giusto...A due passi dal paese..e con tutti i confort necessari...i titolari sono persone simpatiche ed affabili...!! ;-)

Vacanze ad Acqualagna divertente caccia al tartufo
La casa è bella e sia il grande terrazzo coperto che il loggiato sono molto comodi per mangiare fuori e rilassarsi sui divani. La vista si affaccia su tutta la vallata. Veronica è stata gentilissima e ci ha prenotato un'escursione alla ricerca del tartufo, è stato davvero insolito e divertente e la sera al ristorante al Furlo ci hanno cucinato il tartufo che abbiamo trovato. Cose da non perdere...una visita al Furlo con escursione in bicicletta alla diga dell'Enel. Urbino con le sue mille caratteristiche stradine e il Palazzo ducale.
